Prepare the Glass
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes until full.

Mix the Ingredients
Pour 2 oz of Bombay Sapphire Gin and 1 oz of Yuzu Cordial over the ice.

Add Tonic Water
Top off the mixture with 4 oz of tonic water.

Garnish
Garnish with a slice of yuzu on the rim of the glass.

Serve
Stir gently and serve immediately.
