Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until well blended.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Salmon

Place the Ora King Salmon fillet in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the salmon. Ensure the salmon is evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to penetrate.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using an oven, preheat it to 400°F (200°C).

  4. 4

    Cook the Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it on the grill or in a baking dish. Cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove the salmon from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve with additional lemon wedges and garnish with extra dill if desired.
