Directions
1. Prepare the fish
Slice the Japanese sea bream fillet into thin sashimi-style pieces. Arrange them on a serving plate.
2. Prepare the pear
Julienne the Asian pear and set aside.
3. Prepare the myoga
Thinly slice the myoga and add it to the bowl with the Asian pear.
4. Make the dressing
In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
5. Assemble the dish
Top the sliced sea bream with the julienned Asian pear and myoga. Drizzle the dressing over the top.
6. Garnish
Sprinkle with black sesame seeds and add microgreens for garnish.
