1. Prepare Hibiscus Tea
In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the dried hibiscus flowers and reduce the heat. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Strain the mixture to remove the flowers and let it cool.
2. Mix the Mule
In a glass, combine 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice, 1 tablespoon of simple syrup, and 1 cup of the cooled hibiscus tea. Stir well.
3. Add Soda Water
Fill the glass with ice cubes and top it off with soda water. Stir gently to combine.
4. Garnish and Serve
Garnish with lime wedges and mint leaves. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing hibiscus mule!
