Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- 2
Season and Dredge
In a large bowl, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Dredge the chicken wings in the flour mixture until well coated.
- 3
Heat the Oil
In a deep pot or fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).
- 4
Fry the Wings
Carefully place the chicken wings in the hot oil in batches, frying for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- 5
Drain and Toss
Remove the wings from the oil and drain on paper towels. If desired, toss the wings in buffalo sauce to coat.
- 6
Serve
Serve the wings plain or with buffalo sauce on the side, along with ranch dressing for dipping.
