Prepare the breading station
Set up three shallow dishes. In the first dish, add the flour. In the second dish, beat the eggs. In the third dish, combine the panko bread crumbs and ranch seasoning mix.

Bread the pickle slices
Dip each dill pickle slice into the flour, shaking off the excess. Next, dip it into the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with the ranch-seasoned panko bread crumbs. Press the crumbs onto the pickle to ensure an even coating.

Heat the oil
In a deep frying pan or pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Serve the dill pickle chips hot with your choice of ranch dressing for dipping.
