Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, ensuring it's hot enough to sear the steaks.
Cooking the Yukon Potatoes

Making the Tomato Dijon Aioli

Mix the Ingredients
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, tomato paste, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Mix well until smooth.

Chill the Aioli
Cover the aioli and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Sautéing the Peppers and Onions
