Cake Preparation

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.

Whisk Eggs and Sugar
In another bowl, whisk the eggs and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes.

Bake the Cake
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
Tres Leches Mixture

Prepare the Milk Mixture
In a mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and whole milk. Whisk until smooth.

Once the cake is completely cool, poke holes all over the surface with a fork and slowly pour the tres leches mixture over the cake. Let it soak for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare the Strawberries
In a blender, combine the fresh strawberries, honey, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
