Method

Main Dish Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken Tenders

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the chicken tenders into bite-sized pieces. In three separate bowls, place the flour in the first, beaten eggs in the second, and breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, and garlic powder in the third.

  2. 2

    Coat the Chicken

Dip each piece of chicken first in the flour, ensuring it's fully coated, then in the beaten eggs, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture. Make sure each piece is well-coated for a crispy texture.

  3. 3

    Bake the Chicken Tenders

Place the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle or spray the vegetable oil over the chicken. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through.

Fruit Cup Preparation

  1. 4

    Mix the Fruit

While the chicken is baking, wash and slice the strawberries and banana. In a medium bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, and banana. Drizzle with honey and gently toss to combine.

Vegetables or Fries Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and cut the carrots into sticks and the cucumber into slices. Arrange them in a small serving bowl.

  2. 6

    Cook the Fries

If using frozen fries, cook according to the package instructions (usually about 20-25 minutes in the oven).
