Preparing the Shrimp

Sauté the Shrimp
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add 2 minced garlic cloves and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Cook the Shrimp
Add 1 pound of jumbo shrimp to the skillet. Season with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of black pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink and are cooked through. Remove from heat and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Set aside.
Assembling the Salad

Prepare the Salad Base
In a large salad bowl, combine 4 cups of mixed greens, 1 cup of shelled edamame, and 1 medium red bell pepper (sliced).

Add Shrimp and Cheese
Once the shrimp are cooked, add them to the salad mixture. Top with 1 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese.
Making the Caesar Dressing

Combine Dressing Ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together 1 cup of mayonnaise, 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon of anchovy paste, 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 minced clove of garlic, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper until smooth.

Dress the Salad
Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients.
Serving

Plate and Serve
Divide the salad into serving bowls and enjoy immediately. Optional: garnish with additional Parmesan cheese or lemon wedges.
