Prepare the Wings

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare the Chicken Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to coat the wings evenly.

Arrange on Baking Sheet
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the coated wings in a single layer on the wire rack.

Bake the Wings
Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
Buffalo Sauce

Prepare the Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the buffalo sauce. Heat until warm, stirring occasionally.

Coat the Wings
Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the warm buffalo sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.

Mix the Dressing Ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Taste the dressing and adjust the seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.

Serve the buffalo wings hot with the ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side for dipping.
