Lamb Burger

Sweet Potato Fries

Method

Lamb Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lamb Patties

In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped mint, salt, black pepper, and cumin. Mix until well combined. Form the mixture into four equal patties.

  2. 2

    Cooking the Patties

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the lamb patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Burger

Toast the brioche buns. Place a lamb patty on each bun and top with sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, and crumbled feta cheese.

Sweet Potato Fries Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare the Sweet Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper until evenly coated.

  2. 5

    Bake the Fries

Spread the sweet potato fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden.
