Cooking Pasta

Boil the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté Seafood
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add halibut fillets and shrimp, season with black pepper and red pepper flakes, and cook for about 4-5 minutes until the shrimp are pink and the halibut is cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Combine Pasta and Sauce
In the same skillet, add diced tomatoes and Kalamata olives. Stir for 2-3 minutes until tomatoes soften. Add the cooked pasta and seafood back into the skillet. Toss everything together to combine well. Adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes as desired.

Serve with Toppings
Remove from heat and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and fresh parsley before serving.
