Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Dredge them in flour, shaking off any excess.

Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 2 tbs of butter over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Make the Sauce
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Pour in chicken broth and scrape up any bits from the bottom of the skillet. Stir in capers and lemon juice. Let it simmer for about 3-4 minutes.

Boil the Potatoes
In a large pot, add cubed potatoes and whole garlic cloves. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook until potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.

Mash the Potatoes
Drain the potatoes and garlic. Add butter, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy.
