Prepare the Croutons
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the baguette into small cubes. In a bowl, mix the bread cubes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Spread the cubes on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Bake the Croutons
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Stir once halfway through for even browning. Remove from the oven and let cool.

Toss the Salad
In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Toss well to coat the lettuce.

Add Croutons
Add the baked garlic croutons to the salad and toss gently. Top with the remaining Parmesan cheese.

Serve
Serve immediately with extra croutons and Parmesan on the side if desired.
