Method
Cook Pasta
Boil Water
In a large pot, fill with water and add salt. Bring to a rolling boil.
Cook Pasta
Add pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions (usually about 8-10 minutes) until al dente.
Drain and Set Aside
Once cooked, drain the pasta and set it aside while you prepare your sauce.
Prepare Marinara Sauce
Sauté Garlic
Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add Tomatoes and Seasonings
Stir in crushed tomatoes, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes.
Finish with Basil
Stir in chopped fresh basil just before serving.
Prepare Alfredo Sauce
Add Cream and Garlic
Stir in heavy cream and minced garlic. Bring to a simmer.
Add Cheese and Seasonings
Add grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
Prepare Pesto Sauce
Blend Ingredients
In a food processor, combine basil leaves, pine nuts, grated Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic.
Add Olive Oil
While blending, slowly add olive oil until smooth. Season with salt to taste.
Combine and Serve
Mix Sauce with Pasta
Choose your preferred sauce (Marinara, Alfredo, or Pesto) and mix it with the cooked pasta.
Serve
Serve hot and enjoy your pasta dish!
