Preparation
Prepare the Glasses
Take two tall glasses and fill each with ice cubes to keep the drink chilled.
Mix the Base
In a mixing jug, combine the sparkling water, fresh lime juice, and agave syrup. Stir gently to mix the ingredients well.
Assembly
Add Fruits and Herbs
Add fresh mint leaves and raspberries into each glass with ice. Gently muddle the mint and raspberries using a muddler or the back of a spoon to release their flavors.
Pour the Mixture
Pour the prepared sparkling water mixture over the muddled fruits and herbs in each glass.
Garnish
Garnish each drink with a lime wedge on the rim and a few extra mint leaves for freshness.
