Juicing Process

1

Prepare the Fruits

Wash all the fruits thoroughly under running water. Peel the oranges and pineapple, and remove any seeds from the apples and grapes.

2

Juice the Oranges

Cut the oranges in half and use a citrus juicer or reamer to extract the juice. Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp if desired.

3

Juice the Apples

Cut the apples into quarters, removing the cores. Use a juicer to extract the juice from the apple quarters. Strain if necessary.

4

Juice the Grapes

Place the grapes in the juicer and extract the juice. There is no need to strain, as grape juice is typically smooth.

5

Juice the Pineapple

Cut the pineapple into chunks, removing the core. Juice the pineapple chunks using a juicer, then strain if desired.

6

Combine the Juices

In a large pitcher or bowl, combine all the freshly extracted juices. Stir well to mix evenly.

7

Serve

Pour the juice into small glasses (4-6 ounces) and serve immediately. Store any leftover juice in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
