Combine Ingredients

In a shaker, combine the Hendrick’s gin, fresh lemon juice, and peach puree. Fill the shaker with ice cubes.

Shake Well

Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Pour

Strain the mixture into a champagne flute or a coupe glass.

Top with Sparkling Wine

Slowly top with the Gruet brut sparkling wine, pouring gently to avoid overflow.

Garnish

Garnish with a twist of lemon peel on top.
