Brewing Instructions
- 1
Roasting the Coffee Beans
If using green coffee beans, preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Spread the beans on a baking sheet and roast for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they reach your desired roast level.
- 2
Cooling the Beans
Remove the roasted beans from the oven and let them cool for about 10 minutes. Store them in an airtight container to preserve freshness.
- 3
Grinding the Coffee
Once cooled, grind the roasted coffee beans using a coffee grinder to a medium-coarse consistency, similar to sea salt.
- 4
Brewing the Coffee
In a coffee maker or French press, combine the ground coffee with hot water. Let it steep for about 4-5 minutes before pressing or filtering.
