Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg yolk, salt, black pepper, and chopped basil. Mix until smooth and set aside.
Streusel Preparation

Make the Streusel
In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced black garlic and sauté for a minute. Stir in flour, panko breadcrumbs, and salt. Cook until golden brown, then set aside.
Assembly and Cooking

Assemble and Cook the Agnolotti
Roll out the dough to thin sheets. Cut into squares and place a small amount of filling in the center of each square. Fold and seal the edges. Cook in boiling salted water for 3-4 minutes until they float.

Prepare the Sauce
In a saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium heat. Stir in black truffle oil, salt, and pepper. Cook for a few minutes until slightly thickened.

Plate the agnolotti, drizzle with sauce, and sprinkle with black garlic streusel and fresh basil.
