Pita Chips Ingredients

Method

Dip Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Spinach

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the fresh spinach. Sauté until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly, then chop finely.

  2. 2

    Combine Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped onion, jalapeno, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

  3. 3

    Bake the Dip

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly.

Pita Chips Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare Pita Chips

While the dip is baking, preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut each pita bread into 8 wedges and place them on a baking sheet.

  2. 5

    Season the Chips

Drizzle the olive oil over the pita wedges, then sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning, ground cumin, and salt. Toss to coat evenly.

  3. 6

    Bake Pita Chips

Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
