Dip Preparation
- 1
Cook the Spinach
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the fresh spinach. Sauté until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly, then chop finely.
- 2
Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped onion, jalapeno, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Bake the Dip
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly.

Drizzle the olive oil over the pita wedges, then sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning, ground cumin, and salt. Toss to coat evenly.
