For the Spicy Spinach Dip

Prepare the Vegetables
Wash the fresh spinach thoroughly and chop it finely. Dice the tomatoes, onion, and jalapeño peppers.

Mix the Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, diced tomatoes, diced onion, jalapeño peppers, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.

Blend Until Smooth
Using a hand mixer or a food processor, blend the mixture until it is smooth and well combined.

Transfer to Baking Dish
Pour the dip mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.

Bake the Dip
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is bubbling and golden brown.

Prepare the Pita Bread
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the pita bread into triangles.

In a mixing bowl, toss the pita triangles with olive oil, cumin, lemon pepper seasoning, and salt until they are evenly coated.

Arrange the seasoned pita triangles in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until they are crisp and golden brown.
