Brewing the Tea

Boil Water
In a large pot, bring 16 cups of water to a rolling boil over high heat.

Steep Tea
Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and add 8 black tea bags. Allow the tea to steep for about 5-7 minutes, depending on how strong you want it.

Remove Tea Bags
After steeping, carefully remove the tea bags from the pot and discard them.

Cool Down the Tea
Let the tea cool at room temperature, then refrigerate it until cold, about 1-2 hours.
Serving the Iced Tea

Prepare the Lemons
While the tea is cooling, wash the lemons and cut them into thin slices.

Fill Cups with Ice
Take 10 plastic cups and fill each with about 1 cup of ice.

Pour Iced Tea
Once the tea is chilled, pour it evenly into each cup over the ice.

Garnish with Lemon
Add a slice of lemon to each cup for garnish and a burst of flavor.
