Traveler’s Table Cocktails

Prepare the Cocktail Shaker
Gather all the ingredients and a cocktail shaker. Ensure the shaker is clean and dry before use.

Combine Ingredients
Add 1.5 oz of gin, 1 oz of cognac, 0.5 oz of elderflower liqueur, 1 oz of blood orange purée, 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice, and 0.5 tsp of honey into the cocktail shaker.

Shake the Mixture
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain into Glass
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass or coupe glass, leaving the ice behind.

Top with Sparkling Wine
Gently pour 3 oz of sparkling wine on top of the strained mixture in the glass.

Garnish
Add a dehydrated blood orange slice to the rim of the glass for garnish.
