Prepare the Seafood
Rinse the clams and mussels under cold water to remove any sand or debris. Set aside.

Sauté Aromatics
In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add Tomatoes and Wine
Pour in the crushed tomatoes and white wine. Stir to combine and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.

Cook the Seafood
Add the clams and mussels to the pot. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Once they start to open, add the calamari and shrimp, and cook for another 3-5 minutes until the shrimp are pink and the calamari are tender.

Season and Serve
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir in chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy your Frutti di Mare with crusty bread or over pasta!
