Prepare Carnitas

Combine Ingredients
In a slow cooker, combine pork shoulder, orange juice, lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, and black pepper.

Slow Cook
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shreds with a fork.

Shred Pork
Once cooked, shred the pork using two forks and mix it with the juices in the slow cooker.
Assemble Nachos

Preheat Oven
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Layer Tortilla Chips
On a large baking sheet, spread out a layer of tortilla chips.

Add Toppings
Top the chips with shredded carnitas, cheddar-jack cheese, and pickled jalapeños.

Bake Nachos
Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from oven and drizzle with tomatillo salsa, beer cheese sauce, and jalapeño ranch dressing.
