Stuffed Tilapia Ingredients

Method

Stuffed Tilapia Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Filling

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, spinach, minced garlic, lemon juice, breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until well blended and creamy.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Tilapia

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Rinse the tilapia fillets under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel. Place them on a greased baking dish.

  3. 3

    Stuff the Fillets

Take a generous amount of the filling and place it on one side of each tilapia fillet. Fold the other side over the filling, making sure to secure it gently.

  4. 4

    Drizzle with Olive Oil

Drizzle the olive oil over the stuffed tilapia fillets. This will help to keep them moist while baking.

  5. 5

    Bake the Tilapia

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the tilapia is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  6. 6

    Serve

Once cooked, remove the tilapia from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve warm, garnished with additional lemon slices if desired.
