Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped fresh parsley, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well until all ingredients are well incorporated.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Fish

Place the redfish fillets in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the fillets, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover the dish or seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to penetrate the fish.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using a charcoal grill, prepare the coals until they are ashed over.

  4. 4

    Grill the Redfish

Remove the fillets from the marinade and discard the excess marinade. Place the fillets on the grill, skin side down. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and has nice grill marks.

  5. 5

    Serve

Once cooked, carefully remove the redfish from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Serve hot, garnished with extra parsley and lemon wedges on the side.
