Prepare the Crab Mixture
In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Form the Balls
Take a small portion of the crab mixture (about 1 tablespoon) and shape it into a ball. Repeat this process until all the mixture is used, placing the balls on a plate.

Heat the Oil
In a deep skillet or frying pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C). You can check the temperature with a kitchen thermometer or drop a small piece of bread into the oil; it should sizzle immediately.

Serve
Serve the Krabby Balls hot with remoulade sauce on the side for dipping.
