Cook Breakfast Sausages
In a skillet over medium heat, add the breakfast sausages. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.

Cook Over Easy Eggs
In a separate non-stick pan, heat a little olive oil over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the pan and cook for about 2-3 minutes. Gently flip the eggs and cook for an additional 1 minute for over easy.

Sauté Mushrooms
In the skillet used for sausages and bacon, add a tablespoon of olive oil and sauté sliced mushrooms for about 5 minutes until browned.

Burn the Tomatoes
Cut the tomatoes in half and place them cut-side down in the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until they are charred and softened.

Heat Baked Beans
In a small pot, warm the baked beans over low heat until heated through, about 5 minutes.

Plate the Platter
On a large serving platter, arrange the cooked sausages, bacon, brunch potatoes, over easy eggs, sautéed mushrooms, burnt tomatoes, and baked beans. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
