Prepare the Ingredients
Cook the rice according to package instructions, and drain and rinse the canned black beans.

Warm the Tortillas
In a dry skillet over medium heat, warm each flour tortilla for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.

Heat the Chili
In a saucepan over medium heat, warm the hatch pork chili until heated through, about 5 minutes.

Prepare Cheese Sauce
If using store-bought cheese sauce, warm it in a saucepan or microwave until melted and smooth.

Assemble the Burrito
On each warmed tortilla, layer 1/2 cup of cooked rice, 1/4 cup of black beans, 1/4 cup of hatch pork chili, and 1/4 cup of cheese sauce.

Add Optional Toppings
If desired, add sour cream, guacamole, sliced jalapeños, and chopped cilantro to the burrito.

Roll the Burrito
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it tightly from the bottom to the top to enclose all the fillings.

Cut the burrito in half if desired and serve with additional cheese sauce and toppings on the side.
