Dough Preparation

Activate Yeast
In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.

Make Dough
In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt. Add the activated yeast mixture and olive oil. Stir until a dough forms.

Knead Dough
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Let Dough Rise
Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat.

Shape the Dough
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a floured surface to a 10-inch circle.

Add Toppings
Transfer the shaped dough to a pizza peel or baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, then add prosciutto and burrata evenly across the surface.

Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden and crispy.
