Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Pork Chops
Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- 2
Set Up Breading Station
In one shallow bowl, add the flour. In a second shallow bowl, beat the eggs. In a third shallow bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
- 3
Bread the Pork Chops
Coat each pork chop in flour, shaking off the excess. Then dip into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off. Finally, coat with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
- 4
Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking.
- 5
Fry the Pork Chops
Carefully place the breaded pork chops into the hot oil, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
- 6
Drain and Serve
Once cooked, transfer the pork chops to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Serve hot.
