Prepare the Ribs
Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F). Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat them dry with paper towels.

Make the Marinade
In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and apple cider vinegar to create a marinade.

Marinate the Ribs
Rub the marinade all over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes, or ideally overnight in the refrigerator.

Bake the Ribs
Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until the ribs are tender.

Add Barbecue Sauce
Remove the ribs from the oven, unwrap them, and brush generously with barbecue sauce on both sides.

Serve
Remove from the grill, allow to rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve with extra barbecue sauce on the side.
