Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all your ingredients and cook the bacon, sausage, and ham if not pre-cooked. Dice the bell peppers and onions.

Cook the Omelet
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little oil or butter. Pour in half of the egg mixture and tilt the pan to spread it evenly.

Add Fillings
Once the edges start to set, add your choice of bacon, sausage, ham, bell peppers, onions, and cheese on one half of the omelet.

Fold and Finish
Gently fold the omelet in half over the fillings and cook for another minute until the cheese melts and the eggs are fully cooked. Slide onto a plate.

Serve the omelet with your choice of bread or biscuits on the side.
