Method
Prepare the Pasta

Cook the Spaghetti
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Season and Grill the Chicken
Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Remove from the grill and let rest before slicing.
Make the Sauce

Prepare the Cream Sauce
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.
- 4
Add Cream and Spinach
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, fresh spinach, and red pepper flakes. Cook until the spinach wilts and the sauce thickens slightly, about 3-5 minutes.
