Method
Salad Preparation
Prepare the Romaine Lettuce
Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold water. Remove any wilted leaves and chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
Cook the Chicken
If not already grilled, grill the chicken breast until cooked through, about 7-8 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.
Combine Salad Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, sliced grilled chicken, and croutons. Toss lightly to mix.
Add Parmesan Cheese
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the salad mixture and toss gently to combine.
Dressing Preparation
Mix the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic clove, anchovy paste, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
Season the Dressing
Add black pepper and salt to taste. Adjust the seasoning as needed for your preference.
Final Assembly
Combine Salad and Dressing
Drizzle the prepared Caesar dressing over the salad. Toss the salad gently until all ingredients are well coated with the dressing.
Serve
Transfer the Chicken Caesar salad to serving bowls or plates and enjoy!
