Slider Patties

Toppings

Method

Slider Patties

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patties

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently until just combined.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

Divide the meat mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a small patty, about 2 inches in diameter.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness. In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of American cheese on top of each patty to melt.

  4. 4

    Toast the Buns

While the patties are cooking, toast the slider buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

Bacon Aioli

  1. 5

    Make the Aioli

In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, crumbled bacon, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.

Assembly

  1. 6

    Assemble the Sliders

Spread a generous amount of bacon aioli on the bottom half of each toasted slider bun. Place a lettuce leaf on top of the aioli, followed by a cheese-topped patty, and then two pickle slices. Top with the other half of the bun.

  2. 7

    Serve

Serve the sliders immediately while warm, with additional aioli on the side if desired.
