Prepare the Bruschetta
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the loaf of bread into 1/2 inch slices and place them on a baking sheet.

Spoon the tomato mixture onto each slice of bread. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until the bread is golden and crispy.

Prepare the Chicken
In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt. Add the chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
