Cook Penne Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and let rest.

Make Alfredo Sauce
Add butter to the skillet with garlic. Once melted, pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally. Gradually whisk in the Parmesan cheese until smooth. Add a pinch of nutmeg and stir to combine. If the sauce is too thick, you can thin it with a little pasta water.

Combine and Serve
Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the skillet with the Alfredo sauce. Add the cooked penne pasta and toss everything together until well coated. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
