Method

Prepare Ingredients

1

Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the maple bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside on a paper towel to drain.

2

Slice the Vegetables

While the bacon is cooking, slice the avocado and tomato. Set them aside.

3

Prepare the Lettuce

Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Tear them into manageable pieces.

Assemble the Sandwich

4

Layer the Ingredients

On one slice of grilled Bianco bread, layer the smoked turkey, followed by the pepper jack cheese, crispy bacon, avocado slices, tomato slices, and lettuce.

5

Spread the Aioli

Spread the chipotle aioli on the top slice of bread before closing the sandwich.

Grill the Sandwich

6

Grill to Perfection

Heat a griddle or pan over medium heat. Place the assembled sandwich on the griddle and grill for about 3-5 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese has melted.

7

Serve

Remove the sandwich from the griddle and let it cool for a minute before cutting it in half. Serve immediately with your favorite side.
