Method

Burger Preparation

1

Prepare the Patties

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

2

Form the Patties

Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into burger patties.

3

Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on one side.

4

Add Cheese and Jalapeños

Flip the patties and immediately place a slice of pepper jack cheese and a few slices of jalapeños on top of each patty. Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the burgers are cooked to your desired doneness.

Assembly

5

Toast the Buns

While the burgers are cooking, you can toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

6

Assemble the Burgers

Spread a generous amount of chipotle aioli on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Place the cooked burger patty on top, followed by a spoonful of fresh guacamole, and a handful of Tabasco onion strings.

7

Serve

Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately while hot.
