Cooking Pasta

Boil the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a rolling boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Grilling Chicken
- 2
Prepare the Chicken
Season both sides of the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- 3
Grill the Chicken
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F). Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Making Alfredo Sauce

Melt the Butter
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
- 5
Add Cream and Garlic
Once the butter is melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Then pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- 6
Add Cheese and Seasonings
Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and black pepper.
Combining Everything
- 7
Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the drained fettuccine pasta to the skillet with the Alfredo sauce. Toss gently to coat the pasta evenly.
- 8
Serve with Chicken
