Cheese Curds Preparation

Prepare the Cheese Curds
In a bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.

Bread the Cheese Curds
Take each cheese curd and first coat it in the flour mixture, then dip it into the egg mixture, and finally coat it in breadcrumbs. Ensure they are well coated.

Heat the Oil
In a large frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat until hot but not smoking.

Fry the Cheese Curds
Carefully add the breaded cheese curds to the hot oil in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown on all sides. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Combine Dressing Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dill weed, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Mix Until Smooth
Whisk all the ingredients together until the dressing is smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Cover the ranch dressing and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
