Cook the Meats
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ham, sausage, and bacon. Cook until the meats are browned and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables
In the same skillet, add diced onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add diced tomatoes and cook for another 3-4 minutes until softened.

Prepare the Gravy
In a saucepan, cook the ground sausage over medium heat until browned. Sprinkle in the flour and stir continuously for about 2 minutes. Gradually add the milk while stirring to avoid lumps. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook until the gravy thickens, about 5-7 minutes.

Combine Ingredients
In a serving dish, layer the cooked meats followed by the sautéed vegetables. Top with shredded American cheese.
