Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Pancake
In a mixing bowl, combine the pancake mix and water or milk. Stir until just combined. Do not over-mix; a few lumps are okay.
- 2
Cook the Pancake
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a teaspoon of butter. Pour the pancake batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles form on the surface. Flip and cook until golden brown on both sides. Set aside.
- 3
Cook the Tater Tots
In a separate pan or fryer, cook the tater tots according to package instructions until crispy and golden brown. Set aside.
- 4
Cook the Bacon or Sausage
In the same skillet used for the pancake, add the bacon or sausage and cook until crispy (for bacon) or browned and cooked through (for sausage). Set aside.

Assemble the Monster Plate
On a large plate, create a fun monster face using the pancake as the face, the egg as the eye, tater tots as the hair, and bacon or sausage as the mouth. Serve with syrup on the side for the pancake.
