Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Chop the Vegetables

Dice the green bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms into small, uniform pieces. This will help them cook evenly and blend well with the other ingredients.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Steak

Take the shaved steak out of the packaging and season it with salt and black pepper. Set aside to marinate while you prepare the vegetables.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onions and sauté until they become translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Then, add the green bell pepper and mushrooms, and continue to sauté for another 5 minutes, until they are tender.

  2. 4

    Cook the Steak

Push the sautéed vegetables to one side of the skillet and add the seasoned shaved steak to the empty side. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the steak is browned and cooked through.

  3. 5

    Combine and Melt Cheese

Once the steak is cooked, mix it together with the vegetables in the skillet. Layer the slices of American cheese on top of the mixture, cover the skillet with a lid, and let it cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serving

  1. 6

    Plate and Serve

Once the cheese is melted, remove the skillet from the heat. Use a spatula to transfer the bomblette mixture onto plates. Serve immediately and enjoy!
