Prepare the Batter

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until well combined.

Combine Mixtures
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; some lumps are okay.
Cook the Pancakes

Preheat the Pan
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. You can lightly grease it with a bit of butter if desired.

Using a ladle or measuring cup, pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot skillet for each pancake.

Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set, about 2-3 minutes. Flip the pancakes and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
