Method

Prepare Home Fries

  1. 1

    Cooking the Potatoes

Wash and dice the potatoes into small cubes. Peel and chop the onion. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes and chopped onion, and season with salt and black pepper. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are golden brown and tender.

Cook Sausages

  1. 2

    Cooking the Sausages

In another skillet, cook the Italian sausages over medium heat for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until they are browned and cooked through. Once done, remove from heat and let them rest.

Cook Eggs

  1. 3

    Cooking the Eggs

In the same skillet as the sausages, crack three eggs and cook them to your desired doneness (scrambled, sunny-side-up, or over-easy) for about 3-5 minutes.

Prepare Ham

  1. 4

    Heating the Ham

In the skillet with the eggs, add the slice of ham to heat it through for about 2 minutes, turning once.

Prepare Biscuit

  1. 5

    Making the Biscuit

In a bowl, mix the biscuit mix with milk and melted butter until a soft dough forms. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet and bake according to package instructions until golden brown (usually around 10-12 minutes at 425°F or 220°C).

Assemble the Skillet

  1. 6

    Bringing it All Together

In a large skillet, layer the home fries, followed by the cooked sausages, eggs, and ham. Serve the baked beans on the side and enjoy with the freshly baked biscuit.
